On Corellia an elderly woman is watching her fill of IGN, happily getting her news of the Galaxy when something new pops up. There before her is Kendal Osbourne, and he appears to be addressing the New Republic Senate. Staring in shock for a moment, the woman drops her knitting as she leans forward.
"Jasper! JASPER! Get in here now! You won't believe what IGN is showing! Come here now!"
Meanwhile, across the galaxy on Sullust, a married couple gathers together, nervously glancing around before turning what they thought where the reruns of the edited reports of the Battle of Nak Shimor, only to find more information in these reports than previously. Gasping, and huddling together, the pair watch, transfixed as a flood of information they had never witnessed before is fed to them. It only takes a moment before the man finally reaches for his comlink to call his parents, who in turn call their friends....
Racing across the galaxy, this time Bastion, where a young mother is working on whipping up dinner for her family. Humming to herself, she has IGN playing in the background for noise. Looking up, she sees the Breaking News ticker flash across the screen, something about a Dacan Pandemic. Curious, she reaches out to play the feed and the bowl she holds drops to the floor, shattering as she stares in horror.
