The usual sports highlights are in full swing when the transmission is suddenly lost. In it's place a smarmy looking human reporter with a charming smile takes the stage. "We intterupt this broadcast to bring you breaking news from Coruscant. A moment ago we recieved a transmission from an unidentified source," a pause, "Can we roll the footage?"
A minute later the scratchy image of a dark room takes up the screen. A spot light flicks on exposing the solid rock walls of a cave, directly under the spotlight a body with a sack covering it's head. A figure moves in front of the camera pushing another chair into the light next to the first. Movement from the shadow as a humanoid gloved hand reaches out to remove the hoods. On the left a Chiss female, on the right a human male. Only the male seems to be roughed up a bit. A distorted voice speaks, "This is Tormen Bre'Vado and Ironkini'shar'nurodo. They are being held for ransome. 15,000 credits for the male, 5,000 credits for the female. If you want to see either of them again, the chits are to be delivered here." A holo-map appears on screen detailing a remote location in the deserts of Tatooine. "That is all."
As the camera begins to fade, the taller, head covered male shouts, "I offer fifteen thousand credits for my rescue!" struggling as a pair of masked men come in, dragging him bodily - chair and all. "15,000 credits for my rescue, ANYONE!" he shouts loudly as he is dragged off of the camera screen, still in his seat. "ANYONE!" And the screen goes blank.
After the screen returns to the reporter he wears a solemn face, "Our well-wishes go out to the families of those captured by these desperate criminals."
